I’m blessed to live and create in the beautiful coastal community of Rose Bay,
Nova Scotia, Canada where I live with my husband and two fluffy fur babies.

I first fell in love with flowers as a small child in my parent’s garden. Always
inspired by the natural beauty around me, I continued to grow my passion until it
fully bloomed into my dream business in 2020.

My creative Journey

Throughout my creative journey, I had some help along the way—in 2014 I was hired at a small local flower shop, where my professional journey in flowers began. Although I only spent a few years at that particular shop, I learned so much there and happily refer to those years as my floral undergrad! After taking a short break during the covid pandemic, I was asked by one of my fellow florist friends to take on a wedding while she was away visiting family. I said ‘yes’ without a second thought and the rest is history!

I specialize in naturally inspired floral design and love to showcase local flora in my work. 

Each piece I create is unique and displays the beauty that grows and blooms all around us. My bespoke designs are created to suit the needs of each individual couple and I pride myself on understanding their vision and utilizing my knowledge to deliver the most magical flowers for their big day. One of my favourite things about floral design is creating a special story for each couple. Everything from the colour palette, to the flowers themselves, to utilizing special additions like flora from their own property or family heirlooms.

FAVOURITE FLOWER:

I’m often asked what my favourite flower is? To which I say, can you have just one? Of course not! Flowers are as unique as the people who love them. Each one has its own essence and unique features such as colour, shape, texture and smell. My current top favourites can be narrowed down to these: puffy peonies, luscious ranunculus, frilly lisianthus, and luxurious garden roses. One of my signatures is adding roses to each wedding I design. I believe that the rose symbolizes the heart and as it opens and expands so does the love a couple shares together.

I offer a free consultation to talk through your design ideas, colour palette, and flower choices. From there, I'll work with you to develop your ideas and incorporate your individual style, to turn your dreams into a reality.

I also offer complete wedding packages—or you can choose individual floral products such as bouquets, boutonnières, table arrangements and venue flowers to complete your custom vision.
